At present time, this addition is not named. It is in our near future. It will consist of 3 lots with 1 drive accessing 74th street. There is a pond and fountain that will be common area and the setting is that of a park. The lots are 1 plus acre with one being 2 1/2 acres (mol). this future addition is just East of Anderson road on 74th. 5 minutes from Tinker and only 1 mile from I 240 and Anderson Road. The pictures below show the front part of the lots. The homes will all set back over 100 ft from the street. Elementary school is Schwartz which is about 2 miles away, and high school is Carl Albert. The setting is spectacular with large trees in the front. The gate below will be the drive coming into the 3 lots, it will go north about 100 ft to the pond, then from there will branch off to the left and right to access the 2 other homes. Our plans are to build 3 homes all in the $200,000 range and be 2000 sq ft.  Homes with this type of setting and this close in do not exist.
