Pecan Creek
This is an older addition that dates back to the 80's. It is a
wooded addition with wooded, rolling hills. Lot sizes are 1 to 1.5 acres.
Newalla area with Little Axe schools. Energy Star Plus Homes! Very
settled and very low crime rate!
Directions: From I 40 (East of OKC) take Harrah
Newalla Road South about 6 miles. there is a stop sign at 149th go past
about 1 1/2 mile to the addition. There are 2 entrances. The first one
is Pecan Creek road and the South one is unmarked. Once in the addition,
our first 3 homes are on Walnut drive which is the first
"North-South road" in the Addition. If coming down HWY 9, take
the Newalla Road exit and go North about 5 miles. You will pass a quick
stop on West side of road, go 1/2 miles further and you come to South
entrance road on West side. The second entrance is 1/2 mile further
north (Pecan Creek road) |
