 Meadowview 2 Estates is a fairly large addition consisting of 45 lots and all are 1 acre. They are on well and septic and is Rolling Hill terrain.  From the tri-city area (where all the shopping areas are like Super Wall Mart and many others) it is about 10 minutes. From Oklahoma City:  Take I 44 south (also know as HWY 62) towards Lawton. Take the 108 exit (HWY37 Tuttle Minco exit) This is the beginning of Newcastle City limits and is known as Tri-City. There is a Super Wall Mart here along with many other shopping centers.
Drive 3 miles West to 76 HWY (stoplight). 
Drive South exactly 4 miles to SW 16th (there is also a NW 16th so do not turn on it)
Turn Right (going west) for 1 mile to County Line Road (stop sign)
Turn left (going south) for 1/2 of a mile. Sign on the right side says Meadowview 2 Turn into the addition and go up to top of hill and look for signs.
From Yukon or Mustang: Take HWY 4 (also known as Mustang road) south 7 miles to HWY37 (stoplight).
Turn left going East 4 miles to 76 HWY (stoplight)
Drive South exactly 4 miles to SW 16th (there is also a NW 16th so do not turn on it)
Turn Right (going west) for 1 mile to County Line Road (stop sign)
Turn left (going south) for 1/2 of a mile. Sign on the right side says Meadowview 2 Turn into the addition and go up to top of hill and look for signs.
From Norman: Take HWY 9 (Riverwind Casino) west for about 10 miles to 76 HWY 
Turn right (going North)  about 1/2 of a mile to SW24th
Go left (going West) 1 mile to County Line Road (stop sign)
Turn right (going North) about 1/2 of a mile to sign on Left side of road Meadow View 2 (not Meadow View Estates) and turn into the addition. Go to top of hill
