1.  We install "Tornado Hangars for additional wind strength. Rarely done by other builders.
 2. We blow our walls with netted insulation to achieve an R17
value and then blow the ceiling with an R 30 value.  
  3. We also use the top of the line windows (Pella vinyl single hung) for additional R values. Pella windows are the top of the line, and are normally found on $200,000 and above homes.
 4. We also seal all of out base and door trim for additional wind proofing. 
 5. Most of our homes will come with stainless steel appliances.
6. We use a high density "Cut Berber " carpeting for our homes, not normally associated with homes in our price range.
7. We use an energy efficient 50 gallon hot water heater insuring that you always have plenty of hot water.
8A. We use an energy efficient "heat pump" that keeps your home nice and warm, while giving you lower utility bills. The technology in today's heat pumps make them much more effective than just a few years back.
8B. We use a seer 13 rated air-conditioning system helps to keep Utility bills low.
9. We use Delta and Peerless faucets in most of our homes.
10. We offer upgraded kitchens and appliances with all wood construction.
11. Most of our homes will have 13 to 15 windows there by giving you a tremendous amount of natural sunlight. 
12. Most of our homes will have a "coffer style" 11 ft high ceiling in the living room, and a 9 ft ceiling in the master bed room. This makes our rooms look much larger in size.
13. All of our homes come with a well and septic system which allows you to water as much as you want, but never have to pay a waste or water bill.
14. All of our homes come with a 22 ft long parking pad and a full sidewalk.
15. All homes will have a front covered porch and in a lot of cases, even a back covered porch also.
16. We use 3500 PSI concrete with fiber mesh even on floor slab. (code is 2500
17. Instead of using Pink Board (no structural value) we use OSB to wrap our homes. This adds a lot of structural value to home.
18.Smoke detectors in the proper places for family protection.
19. High Definition 30 and 35 year shingles.
20. Pex pipe in all plumbing areas.
21. Steel 6 panel doors for exterior.
22. All hand textured walls and ceiling,
23. All Semi-gloss interior walls allow a much longer life span of paint.
24. All homes will have a tiled entry and most average about 500 sq ft of tile per house.
25. Most of our homes will have over 3000 sq ft of sod.
