T series is one of our most popular floor plans with sizes in the 1730 sq ft to 2100 sq ft. All the T series have a back and front covered porch, but can be done with a full hip porch which will give you an over size covered back patio. Available in brick, vinyl, or Hardi-Plank siding. All T series regardless of size, share same appearance with the exception of the back of house. The T 1 will have a different layout of master. The T3 will have a larger kitchen |
