2 K  Homes  is a family ran business by both Founder Jim Kinder, and wife Sherri. With over 250 homes to their credit, as a company they have seen the housing market change and along with those changes, have made changes in what type of product they produce.  Starting out, their niche was more basic homes, and virtually no one out there in the country market were producing a good home that was affordable for "regular hard working folks". Our first 3 or 4 years we built a lot of homes for "first time buyers".  As the market shifted, it became more of a move up market demanding more substantial homes with a lot more amenities and "wow factor". 

  With always looking for challenges, in late 2013, they purchased their first addition and became developers and Browns Addition was born. With only 13 lots in the addition,  It wasn't long before they decided to spread their wings a little more, and purchased another property to develop.  This, they named  "The Farm".

  The Farm will be a completely different type of a development compared to others around.  It will be 3 phases with the first opening spring of 2016.  The first phase will have 31 tracts available, but what is very unique about this addition, it will have a "Farm Theme".  We have built 2 small lakes, and stocked them with fish, and one lot that has access to the upper lake will have a club house, plus a volley ball court, soccer field, and a basket ball court.  The entry and middle isle will have a "old time farm" theme.
